How do I delete my account?
Send your account deletion request to support@xterium.com from the email you registered with. Deletion is irreversible — your data is wiped according to GDPR.
Registration confirmation email is not arriving
Check the Spam folder. If you cannot find it — try another email or write to support@xterium.com.
Payment failed but the money was withdrawn
Write to support@xterium.com with the amount, payment method, time and game login. Usually the payment goes through automatically within 24 hours.
Cannot install the mobile app
Minimum Android version — 7.0, iOS — 13. For older devices use the browser version.
Game is lagging — what should I do?
Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete). Try another browser — we recommend Chrome or Firefox. Disable extensions. If that does not help — write to us.
