
The Moon Destruction Mission is Enabled – Major Game Balance Update
Commanders, a significant update has arrived, introducing changes to moon destruction mechanics, combat balance, and economy adjustments.
These changes will impact battle strategies, fleet compositions, and long-term planning.
Moon Destruction Rework
- If a moon is successfully destroyed, it will not be completely annihilated but instead disabled for a period of 12 to 48 hours, depending on its diameter.
- Example: A 10,000 km moon will be disabled for 12 hours.
- All moon-related bonuses will be inactive during this downtime, including Phalanx scans.
- The Phalanx now reveals additional data when a moon is destroyed.
- Chance of losing moon diameter upon destruction:
- Moons below 9,900 km will always lose diameter.
- Moons above 9,901 km will have a decreasing chance of diameter loss (1% less per km).
- At 9,990 km, the minimum chance of diameter loss is 10%.
Moon Protection Adjustments
- Moon base protection bonus reduced from 30% to 5%.
- Collider bonus reduced from 20% to 10%.
- Anomaly bonus reduced from 1% to 0.5%.
Teleportation Adjustments
- Teleportation cost has been reduced by 50%.
- New rule: A 3-minute cooldown before attacking after teleporting.
Combat & Points System Overhaul
- Weapon Point Protection Changes:
- At 1,000,000,000 (1B) power points, x3 strong/weak protection is completely removed.
- All players above 1B points can attack each other freely.
- Fleet & Defense points have been reduced by 10 times.
- Mine points have been reduced by 5 times.
- Spy Report Adjustments:
- Spy reports no longer display the coefficient.
- The moon destruction chance is now calculated based on the number of ZS in account settings.
- Battle Simulator Updates:
- Fixed point display issues.
- Now displays the percentage of fleet used by attacker and defender.
- Fleet/Defense Construction Speed Increased by 3 Times.
- War Points (WP) Adjustments:
- WP can now be earned for destroying defense even without war mode (5% WP gain).
- Auto-Fleet Removal Rate Adjusted to x3 due to hybrid weapon calculation.
- Efficiency is now more important in fleet compositions and battle formations.
Modernization Center & Arsenal Updates
- Modernization Center Rework:
- The bonus now functions like other bonuses (Tech, Arsenal, Senate).
- Bonus strength has been doubled to compensate for this change.
- All previous arsenals have been reset, and mods have been refunded for redistribution.
- Weapon arsenals are now restricted to only fleets originally installed with those weapons.
- Arsenal points now calculate only the strongest arsenals, affecting power points only by the number of arsenals slots.
Moon Diameter Cost Scaling & Resource Adjustments
- The cost of increasing Moon diameter now scales with its size.
- Players can now purchase additional resources directly from the Moon diameter upgrade window.
Achievements & Fixes
- Blueprint Achievements can now be transferred to cores.
- Holding Restrictions:
- White players → Can be held by any fleet.
- Green/Red players → Can be held by 100% of the player’s fleet points.
- Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where Stellar ore could not be covered.
- Recalculated requirements for Destroyer achievement & War Points contracts due to point reductions.
