The automatic fleet save protection will work if a player attack you with a fleet that has as total fleet points larger than x5 or higher then the sum of the fleet and defense points on the attacked planet/moon. Let's consider an example.
The attacker has 1000 light fighters (120 points), the defending 10 fighter and laser guns DL-1 (2.7 points), the attacker's points are more than 5 times greater (120 / 2.7 = 44.4), in this case the fleet and defense of the defender do not enter battle, the attacker simply takes some of the resources and flies away.
This function can be removed in the settings.
